This fun informative workshop is all about learning how to make soap from the very beginning employing the cold process method (the good old-fashioned way).
All materials are provided on the day.
Throughout the workshop we will discuss many different things about soapmaking ie;
- The COLD PROCESS METHOD of soap making using Essential Oils + natural colourants
- Different oils options
- Different pouring techniques
- Fragrances verses Essential oils
- Natural colours verses oxides + pigments
- Plus loads more..
You will be making your very first loaf of soap that once cured will be cut into 8 soap bars for you to take home to enjoy. I will also give you the recipe to take home and a booklet containing helpful tips and techniques plus the wooden mold and the silicone insert so that you can continue your soap making journey at home.
Spots are limited to 3-5 per group to ensure everyone gets my full attention throughout the workshop

Tracey Penkethman is the workshop presenter. Tracey has a Bachelor in Education and over 20 years teaching children and adults. Tracey has been making soap for over 17 years and is the Director of Margaret River Made. Tracey has completed the AHA HOPSITALITY + TOURISM COVID -19 HYGIENE TRANING. Tracey is also registered with NIC Under section 17 of the industrial chemicals act 2019, NIC1005072
